She became a Yoga Instructor through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, in Val Morin, Quebec, Canada in 1999. Kathleen is also Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT 200, with Yoga Alliance and holds a Certificate for Yoga of the Heart® training for Coronary Heart Disease and Cancer.
